After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2018 with a degree in Leadership and Public Policy, Ellie moved to San Francisco to start her career in the technology industry. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of early-talent candidates looking to enter the technology industry in various different functions - from sales to marketing to engineering. Ellie currently works at Cloudflare running their internship program as well as diversity programming.
