There are companies out there who are doing it right and I'm happy to have Ky Cunningham, the Director of Corporate Recruitment share, not only her 20+ years of experience in the recruiting industry but also what her company U.S. Xpress is doing to obtain and retain talent.

Hiring talent - at any level - is a process. It can be draining for those looking for a position and those trying to fill one. While we tend to hear the negative side of the hiring process and the corporate environment, there are still good people and good companies out there trying to do right by their employees.

Ky shares a wealth of information for job seekers at all levels because U.S. Xpress employs a range of positions from hourly warehouse workers to corporate executives. Each level has its own nuances in hiring and I appreciate Ky sharing tips and tricks to help job seekers obtain a position.

Because Ky has had an extensive career in the recruiting industry, we talk a lot about the great resignation or the great reevaluation - whatever you want to call it - and how it's impacting companies and professionals.

For those wanting to know how U.S. Xpress has adapted its hiring process to capture new talent quickly and made changes to retain their current talent, I highly recommend this episode. There are companies out there listening to their employees and U.S. Xpress is one of them.
