About Brucee Denise Olds:
Brucee Denise is currently the Payroll and Benefits Operations Manager with TikTok, social media platform used to make a variety of short-form videos. She oversees all of US Payroll and Benefits operations for the US- including project and vendor management, recruitment of team members, implementation of systems, and the development of standard operating procedures and best practices. Previously, she was a Human Resources & Payroll Manager with Astral Brands- a cosmetic and skincare company. Prior to Astral, payroll positions with YellowPages and Ceridian as well as a Human Resources Coordinator role with Escambia County Board of County Commissioners.
Brucee, is the founder of the BOlds Agency, leading clients toward their career goals by building their confidence and helping them break free of limited mindsets to exceed their expectations.
She has over 10 years of experience in various areas of Human Resources. Her industry expertise includes technology, retail, media advertising, human capital management and local government.
The Campbellton, Fla. native is an active member of well-known professional organizations and committees including Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and American Payroll Association (APA).
Olds earned her bachelor’s in Criminal Justice/Social Work from the University of West Florida, her master’s in Public Administration from Troy University and a Human Resources Management certification from the University of Georgia.
