Incompetence is the worst and having an incompetent boss makes your job much more difficult. This episode will go through a list to determine if your boss is actually incompetent, along with examples from my own experience. Once we have determined your bosses incompetence level, I will share three tips to help you cope and manage the situation.

Some of my tips require you to do some internal work, so if you aren’t ready to hear that advice to ensure your boss is actually the problem, don’t listen.
