I am currently recruiting guests for season 11 of the Control Your Career Podcast!
This season, I will be interviewing recruiters with at least 5 years of experience and pre-pandemic recruiting experience.
While my podcast has a set of questions I like to ask each guest, I'm also looking for guests to share a hot-button issue they have within the recruiting and hiring process.
I'm looking for a variety of industries and types of recruiters - you can be an internal recruiter or an agency recruiter.
This podcast is action-oriented and as such, the questions and discussion will prompt listeners to change behavior, make decisions, and better understand the hiring process.
